Ngo Ba Cong was born in 1972 in Hanoi. He completed the Bachelor of University of Industrial Fine Arts – Faculty of Interior Design (1993-1999) and Master of Arts of Viet Nam University of Fine Arts (2003-2006). He worked at the National Institute of Culture and Art of Vietnam (2015-2019) and is currently teaching at the Faculty of Preschool Education at Hanoi National University of Education. He defended his doctoral thesis at the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies in 2020.
