Scuplture Exhibition “Silence”

Exhibition: 23 – 29 Sep 2013
Vietnam Fine Arts Museum
From the organizer:

Nguyen Nguyen Ha examines everything briefly but his works. He sets a high standard for all performance. He works quietly from day to day at his own studio in a long, careful, calm and unhurried process.

“Silence” is his first solo exhibition which features 11 latest works created from 2010 to present, with no common theme and being divided into 4 interesting short stories.

To this exhibition, he said, “That consistent style in a common theme can convey an important messages, is great. To me, it is not necessary to do that and trying best within the limit of own ability shows my respect to the audience and colleague.”

According to careful modules, the large sculptures are placed on the floor and smaller pieces are standing on board formally. The intentional mixture of materials will bring surprise to the audience.
