Purchase Art Works
We are dedicated to promoting the works of emerging artists as well as the infamous artists from across the country of Vietnam, providing good quality artworks at affordable and reasonable prices.
Buying paintings or artworks can be made to our office by email: [email protected], or by facsimile +84 24 7764 447 and shall be confirmed within 24 hours in the working days (Hanoi times GMT/UTC +7).
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit which is equal to 20% of the total amount of the cost of the painting or 100 US Dollar per painting is required at the time of purchasing. Since we receive the deposit the amount for the painting we will do packing up as your request. The full or final payment is required when we confirm finish packaging.
We will send you the artwork by the International Delivery Companies such as FedEx Express, TNT, DHL or UPS
Prices and Payment
Prices are either listed under each painting on our web site, if not please simply contact us for price and more information. All payments are secure. We accept major credit cards. If you would rather, we also accept wire transfers to our nominal bank account.
Methods of Payment
We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment:
1. Made by telegraphic transfer: wire transfer to our following Nguyen Art Gallery’s nominal account details:

2. Visa or Master Card offline payment:
(You only need to send us your card numbers and expire date and we can charge you from your card with the amount you need to pay + 2.5 % bank fee) and this amount will be charged over the bank account of Viet Vision Travel & Trading JSC; (Who is the owner of Nguyen Art Gallery).
3. Visa or Master by fax:
Fax to us the reservation with filling fully detail required and send us the copy of your card as an attachment file. And this amount will be charged over the bank account of Viet Vision Travel JSC. (Who is the owner of Nguyen Art Gallery).
We work with FedEx Express, TNT, DHL or UPS for worldwide shipment of painting. Delivery time is 2-3 days to ASEAN countries; 2-5 days to other Asian countries and about 7 days to the USA, Canada, Europe and the rest.
Shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the artworks and country destination. The average price for canvas painting shipped in a tube is US$80 to Asia; US$120 to the USA, Canada, Europe and US$ 150 to the rest. We will apply the charge you the net price that International Delivery Company charge us to your shipping cost.
Insurance cost for transportation by FedEx Express (DHL, TNT or UPS – depends on each shipping company, the insurance cost could be changed) is 2% of the value of artworks and is charged separately. In case of loss or damage, the insurance company will reimburse the full amount to the customer.
If you do not want to use FedEx Express (DHL, TNT or UPS) service and we will suggest other Insurance Company.
Refund and Cancel Purchasing:
We have a no-nonsense guarantee principle – if within 10 days of purchase, a customer is unhappy with the painting purchased from us, we will, on its return to us in its original condition, reimburse the buyer with the purchase price in full. However, we will not bear the carriage costs.

If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at [email protected]. If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return it to us.
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please call us immediately at our hotline: Mr. Henry Le or e-mail us at [email protected]. We will guide you through your options. These will include replacing the damaged work by an equal valued one or a full refund.
