Trầm Tuệ – The Fragrance of Tâm, Touching Sắc
In harmony with sơn mài art, Trầm Tuệ brings to the exhibition a space filled with the scent of agarwood — a fragrance deeply rooted in the spiritual and cultural life of the East. For centuries, agarwood has been regarded as a symbol of purity, nobility, and tranquility. The ancients used it to connect with the sacred, to dispel sorrow, and to find peace within the tâm.
Agarwood is not merely a precious natural gift, but also a symbol of life itself: from a wounded tree, the resin slowly forms — just as humans, through experiences, struggles, and loss, discover the depth of their inner being. Within the exhibition space, the gentle scent of trầm becomes a subtle catalyst, allowing visitors not only to see art with their eyes but also to feel it with their tâm.
