Artist Le Ngoc Ly was born in Hanoi on September 30, 1969. He studied at the Hanoi College of Music and Art Education (class of 1987). Besides, he also graduated from the Lacquer Department, Hanoi Open University (class of 1998). Currently, Le Ngoc Ly is a freelance artist and a member of the Vietnam National Ceramics Club. Artworks by Le Ngoc Ly are collected by domestic and foreign art lovers. and have participated in many art events & exhibitions.
